Trait-matching and rewiring of interactions shape tropical plant-bee interaction networks

This repository contains the data and R scripts used to analyze bee–plant interaction networks across seasonal periods (Rain, Rain–Dry, Dry, Dry–Rain) in the Cerrado biome. The analyses include network metrics, modularity computation, null models, and trait-matching metrics.
