Abstract

Raw LC-MS Mass Spectrometry data in folder 20220716_activity_assay_raw_data.zip used to generate enzyme reaction rates in Fig. 5d. Metadata corresponding to these files is described in excel file 20220715_activity_assay. Raw LC-MS Mass Spectrometry data in folder 20220721_PcncAAAD_kinetics_raw_data.zip used to generate Michalis Menten curves shown in Fig. S13 and calculate kinetic parameters shown in Table 1. Metadata corresponding to these files is described in excel file 20220721_PcncAAAD_kinetics_summary.
