Abstract

This treatise establishes the theoretical and empirical framework of Fractal Resonance, linking the L-Metric (6.25 nm) with astrophysical dynamics through the Fractal Scaling Factor. The document presents the resolution of Non-Thermal energy transfer (Non-Joule Regime) at a Master Frequency. Validations based on observational data from the James Webb Space Telescope (JWST) and ALMA regarding microquasar systems (SS 433) and brown dwarfs are included, providing a solution to the early massive galaxy paradox and the structural collimation of relativistic jets.Este tratado establece el marco teórico y empírico de la Resonancia Fractal, vinculando la Métrica L (6.25 nm) con la dinámica astrofísica mediante el Factor de Escala Fractal. El documento presenta la resolución de la transferencia de energía No-Térmica (Régimen Non-Joule) a una Frecuencia Maestra. Se incluyen validaciones basadas en datos observacionales del Telescopio James Webb (JWST) y ALMA sobre sistemas de microcuásares (SS 433) y enanas marrones, proporcionando una solución a la paradoja de las galaxias masivas tempranas y la colimación estructural de jets relativistas.
