CDIP v3.0 Non-Commutative Enrichment Patch

Abstract

This patch upgrades the CDIP v3.0 thin-category posture (P25 A1–A10) into a non- commutative 2-category / bicategory framework, targeting holographic swarm holonomy: multiple reduction paths (1-cells), homotopies/proofs (2-cells), a strategy fiber bundle with a pseudofunctorial connection, and a holonomy groupoid acting on strategy fibers. We formalize divergence and reconciliation in a way that is degenerate-consistent with the thin lattice formulation and non-interfering with frozen CDIP v2.0 CORE and policy-committed TAO/FQC judgment.
