Abstract

Аёллар репродуктив саломатлигига таъсир этувчи эндокрин касалликлар орасида гипотиреоз етакчи ўринлардан бирини эгаллайди. Қалқонсимон без гормонларининг етишмовчилиги нафақат умумий метаболик жараёнларга, балки тухумдонларнинг морфофункционал ҳолатига ҳам чуқур таъсир кўрсатади. Адабиёт маълумотларига кўра, гипотиреоз репродуктив ёшдаги аёлларда овулятор дисфункция, ҳайз циклининг бузилиши ва бепуштлик ривожланиши билан яқин боғлиқ.
