Abstract

Τα δασικά εδάφη αποτελούν βασικό παράγοντα για τη σταθερότητα και παραγωγικότητα των δασικών οικοσυστημάτων. Η υγεία τους αντικατοπτρίζει τη λειτουργικότητα του δάσους και την ικανότητά του να υποστηρίζει τη βιοποικιλότητα, να αποθηκεύει άνθρακα και να ρυθμίζει τον υδρολογικό κύκλο.
