vadimrusakov/specFitMSA: Initial public release

Spectra fitting pipeline used for fitting line and continuum emission in JWST spectra with NIRSpec. The pipeline makes use of the $\texttt{msaexp}$ (https://github.com/gbrammer/msaexp) package for directly extracting MSA spectra from the Dawn JWST Archive (https://dawn-cph.github.io/dja/). This version implements the PyMC (https://doi.org/10.5281/zenodo.4603970) framework for Bayesian modelling.
