Source data for publication on genetically encoded allosteric antibiotic biosensors

Abstract

This dataset contains the source data for the figures in the following publication: Title: Monitoring intracellular antibiotic concentrations in real-time using allosteric biosensors Authors: Daria Fleckenstein*, Andreas Kaczmarczyk*, Niklas Breitenbach-Netter, Gili Rosenberg, Roman Peter Jakob, Isabel Sorg, Amanzhol Kurmashev, Carlos Flores, Eva Jiménez-Siebert, Elinor Morris, Steffi Klimke, Sarah Tschudin-Sutter, Andreas Hierlemann, Timm Maier, Christoph Dehio, Urs Jenal#, Knut Drescher# *equal contribution; #corresponding authors Description of the dataset: The data is organized by figures in the publication referenced above. For each figure, there is a XLSX-file that contains the non-image data. For figures that are based on image data, there is a ZIP-archive that contains the raw image data. Example: For Figure 2 in the main text of the publication, there following data are available: image data: Fig2.zip non-image data: Fig.2_c_d.xlsx (the letters c,d indicate the panel names within the figure) Example: For Figure 1 in the main text of the publication, no microscopy images were used. Therefore, the following files are available: non-image data: Fig.1_d-l.xlsx (the letters d-l indicate the panel names within the figure)
