Abstract

Maqolada O‘zbekiston Respublikasida tashqi iqtisodiy faoliyatni tartibga solishda notarif choralarni qo‘llash va ularni takomillashtirish masalalari tahlil qilinadi. Jahon savdo tashkilotiga a’zo bo‘lish jarayoni doirasida milliy notarif tartibotlarni xalqaro standartlarga moslashtirish, soddalashtirish va shaffofligini oshirish dolzarb vazifa sifatida ko‘rsatilgan. Natijalar shuni ko‘rsatadiki, xavfga asoslangan yondashuvni joriy etish, xalqaro sertifikatlarni tan olish va axborot tizimlarini raqamlashtirish orqali notarif tartibotlarning samaradorligi oshiriladi, biznes muhitiga qulayliklar yaratiladi va bojxona ma’muriyatchiligi yanada shaffof va samarali bo‘lishi haqida bayon qilingan.
