YURAK QON-TOMIR KASALLIKLARI

Abstract

Ushbu maqolada yurak-qon tomir kasalliklarini oldini olish va ularni davolashning zamonaviy usullari haqida so‘z boradi. Yurak-qon tomir kasalliklari global sog‘liqni saqlash tizimi uchun jiddiy tahdid bo‘lib, yurak ishemik kasalligi, gipertoniya, insult va boshqalar ko‘plab insonlarning hayot sifatini pasaytiradi. Tadqiqotlar va yangi davolash texnologiyalari kasalliklarni erta bosqichda aniqlash va samarali davolash imkoniyatlarini kengaytirmoqda. Maqolada sog‘lom turmush tarzi, to‘g‘ri ovqatlanish, muntazam jismoniy faollik va zararli odatlarni tark etishning profilaktik roliga e'tibor qaratiladi. Shuningdek, minimal invaziv jarrohlik usullari, angioplastika, stent qo‘yish, farmakologik terapiya va reabilitatsiya kabi zamonaviy davolash usullari ko‘rib chiqiladi. Maqola tibbiyot xodimlari va kasallik xavfi yuqori bo‘lgan shaxslarga amaliy tavsiyalar beradi.
