BANK KREDITLARI: IQTISODIY O'SISHDAGI O'RNI VA MUAMMOLARI

Abstract

Mazkur maqolada bank kreditlarining iqtisodiy o‘sish jarayonidagi tutgan o‘rni va ularning amaliyotda yuzaga kelayotgan muammolari tizimli tahlil qilinadi. Bank kreditlari investitsiya faolligini rag‘batlantiruvchi, ishlab chiqarish hajmini kengaytiruvchi hamda tadbirkorlik subyektlarining moliyaviy barqarorligini ta’minlovchi asosiy moliyaviy mexanizmlardan biri sifatida ko‘rib chiqiladi. Shu bilan birga, kredit resurslarining yuqori foiz stavkalari, kredit olish shartlarining murakkabligi, garov ta’minoti muammolari hamda moliyaviy risklarning yetarlicha boshqarilmasligi iqtisodiy o‘sishga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatayotgani asoslab beriladi. Tadqiqot davomida bank kreditlash tizimini takomillashtirish orqali real sektorni qo‘llab-quvvatlash, kredit resurslaridan samarali foydalanishni oshirish va iqtisodiy o‘sishni barqarorlashtirishga doir ilmiy-amaliy xulosalar shakllantiriladi.
