Data and code used in the manuscript "Canopies drive the reassembly of pollinator communities and interaction networks along tropical forest succession", by Ugo Mendes Diniz, Dennis Böttger, Sabine Fernanda Viteri Lalama, Kilian Frühholz, Maximilian Pitz, Julia Windl, Claus Rasmussen, Alexander Keller, Sara D. Leonhardt, and Gunnar Brehm. Files: final. script.R <- Main script to perform all diversity and community-based analyses used to generate the results for the manuscript. networls.R <- Script used to perform all network-based analyses used to generate results for the manuscript. All other files contain data required to perform the analysis. The purpose of each file is annotated in the respective R scripts. Please do not share this data, as the manuscript is still under review. Thank you. All authors own the Copyright of the script and data.
