The Women in Digital (WiD) Report 2025 presents a comprehensive, data-driven assessment of women's participation across the Women in Digital pipeline in the EU-27 Member States and four international benchmark countries (India, Brazil, Canada, and the United States). Developed under the CONNECTING WOMEN IN DIGITAL project (Grant Agreement 101195389), this flagship report addresses the objectives of the Women in Digital Declaration by systematically measuring progress, identifying critical conversion points, and providing evidence-based policy recommendations to achieve gender convergence in the ICT sector. This report also identifies the most significant and common obstacles faced by girls and women when choosing a career in ICT, assuming the goals of the Digital Decade, and it is included in the Report on the State of the Digital Decade.
