Inner–Outer Double-Loop Methodology--Failure Engineering Designing Controlled Failure Before Irreversible Decisions

Abstract

Update Note This upload adds an explicit definition of the real-world carrier for the proxy experiment in Case 8.1. In the previous version, the proxy experiment was referenced only at the methodological level, without specifying its concrete execution behaviour, resulting in a structural gap in the experiment definition. This revision addresses that omission without altering the experiment design, results, or conclusions.
