Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bokschilar tayyorgarligida anaerob yuklamalarni maqsadli qo‘llash orqali zarba berish hamda to‘siq qo‘yish harakatlarini rivojlantirish masalalari ilmiy jihatdan yoritilgan. Tadqiqot jarayonida maxsus mashg‘ulot vositalari, yuqori intensivlikdagi qisqa muddatli yuklamalar va ularning sport natijalariga ta’siri o‘rganildi. Olingan natijalar shuni ko‘rsatdiki, anaerob yuklamalar asosida tashkil etilgan mashg‘ulotlar bokschilarning texnik-taktik harakatlarini samarali takomillashtirishga xizmat qiladi. Maqolada tadqiqot natijalari jadvallar asosida tahlil qilingan va amaliy tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
