АНТИБИОТИКОРЕЗИСТЕНТНОСТЬ: ГЛОБАЛЬНЫЕ ТРЕНДЫ, МОЛЕКУЛЯРНЫЕ ОСНОВЫ И ПОВЕДЕНЧЕСКИЕ ФАКТОРЫ РИСКА

Abstract

В статье рассматривается проблема антибиотикорезистентности (АБР) как многоуровневый феномен. На основе данных глобального эпиднадзора Всемирной организации здравоохранения проанализированы современные эпидемиологические тренды. Представлен обзор ключевых молекулярных механизмов формирования резистентности у бактерий. Центральное место в работе занимает целевое исследование поведенческих факторов риска, способствующих развитию АБР на региональном уровне. С этой целью был проведён социологический опрос жителей Республики Калмыкия и Республики Ингушетия (n=119), выявивший распространённость практик нерационального использования антибиотиков. Результаты указывают на необходимость комплексных вмешательств, направленных как на индивидуальное поведение пациентов, так и на укрепление систем здравоохранения.
