TDP-43 Knockout RNA-seq Data - Chromosome-specific Packages (GSE136366)

Abstract

This dataset contains chromosome-specific RNA-seq data packages for bioinformatics training purposes. Original Study: GSE136366 - TDP-43 regulates LC3ylation and autophagosome-lysosome fusion Reference: Roczniak-Ferguson A, Ferguson SM. Life Sci Alliance. 2019 Oct;2(5). PMID: 31527135 Contents: chromosome-specific data packages Each package contains paired-end FASTQ files for 6 samples (3 KO + 3 WT) Usage: These packages are designed for Bioinformatics Training.

Data derived from NCBI GEO accession GSE136366. Reads have been aligned to GRCh38 and extracted by chromosome for educational purposes.

Keywords
