Abstract

Muddatidan oldin tug‘ilgan chaqaloqlarda nafas yetishmovchiligi neonatologiyada eng dolzarb muammolardan biri hisoblanadi. Bu holat asosan o‘pka to‘qimasining yetilmaganligi, surfaktant yetishmovchiligi va nafas markazining funksional nomukammalligi bilan bog‘liq. Nafas yetishmovchiligi gipoksiya, metabolik buzilishlar va ko‘plab asoratlarning rivojlanishiga olib keladi. Ushbu maqolada muddatidan oldin tug‘ilgan bolalarda nafas yetishmovchiligining etiologiyasi, patogenezi, klinik belgilari, diagnostikasi hamda zamonaviy davolash va profilaktika usullari yoritilgan. Erta tashxis qo‘yish va kompleks yondashuv chaqaloqlar yashab qolish darajasini oshirishda muhim ahamiyatga ega.
