Abstract

EN This paper examines innovation strategies of regional digital industrial enterprises under the conditions of increasing patent activity in Industry 4.0 and artificial intelligence amid the geo-economic transformation of 2025-2026. The study aims to develop a differentiated approach to regional innovation strategies by accounting for market demand structures of small, medium-sized, and large enterprises. The methodology relies on a cross-country comparative analysis of 43 countries and regions using WIPO, OECD, and European Commission data for 2022-2025, applying correlation, scoring, and cluster analysis. The results confirm the absence of a universal Industry 4.0 adoption model and reveal a moderate relationship between innovation activity and firm size structure, as well as a deficit of domestic demand for digital innovations in most regions. The practical contribution lies in proposing a classification of five types of regional innovation strategies for digital enterprises, relevant for industrial policy design and investment decision-making, including catching-up economies.UZ Mazkur maqolada 2025-2026 yillarda geo-iqtisodiy transformatsiya sharoitida Sanoat 4.0 va sun’iy intellekt sohasida patent faolligining o‘sishi fonida hududiy raqamli sanoat korxonalarining innovatsion strategiyalari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotning maqsadi kichik, o‘rta va yirik korxonalar tomonidan shakllanadigan bozor talabi tuzilmasini hisobga olgan holda hududiy innovatsion strategiyalarni ishlab chiqishdan iborat. Metodologiya 2022-2025 yillar uchun WIPO, OECD va Yevropa Komissiyasi ma’lumotlari asosida 43 ta mamlakat va hudud bo‘yicha kross-mamlakat taqqoslama tahlilga hamda korrelyatsion, skoring va klaster tahlil usullariga tayangan. Natijalar Sanoat 4.0 ni joriy etishning universal modeli mavjud emasligini, innovatsion faollik va korxona hajmi o‘rtasida o‘rtacha darajadagi bog‘liqlik mavjudligini hamda aksariyat hududlarda raqamli innovatsiyalarga ichki talab tanqisligini ko‘rsatadi. Tadqiqotning amaliy ahamiyati raqamli korxonalar uchun hududiy innovatsion strategiyalarning besh turidan iborat tasnifni ishlab chiqishda namoyon bo‘ladi va u sanoat siyosati hamda investitsion qarorlar qabul qilishda qo‘llanilishi mumkin.
