海宁市尖山段海塘建设现状及问题研究
尖山段海塘自建设、投入运行以来,经历了多次台风、洪水与秋季大潮的考验,海塘损坏、堤脚冲刷日趋严重,已多次采取抛石抢险保护措施,其建设现状及问题亟待关注。文中分析了尖山段海塘的建设现状,整理、分析了海塘沉降观测数据,并对海塘沉降进行分析预测。另外,对问题海塘和其他海塘进行工程现状复核,其中包括整体稳定复核以及渗透稳定复核。最后,总结了现存的主要问题,并针对现存问题提出了相应建议。
