Abstract

Este trabalho tem como objetivo apresentar e apontar obras e viagens que demonstram a influência do continente africano nas produções culturais de Gilberto Gil, Jorge Ben Jor e Emicida, demonstrando assim a possibilidade de uma (re)diáspora enquanto conceito operativo para analisar essas mudanças e conexões. Sendo uma abordagem inicial, apresentada como projeto de pesquisa aprovado pela Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina. Por meio de idas e vindas no Atlântico construíram uma visão intergeracional intrínseca na negritude e na diáspora que dialogam com as memórias e experiências desses sujeitos negros. Tendo como fonte principal obras, entrevistas e documentários demonstrando como o continente negro impactou em suas concepções artísticas
