Data and Software Used for "Mitigating forward contamination using the Jovian radiation belts: Insights from Juno measurements"

Abstract

The file contains a Jupyter notebook used for the analysis and figure creation for "Mitigating forward contamination using the Jovian radiation belts: Insights from Juno measurements". There are two CSV files generated from the analysis in Jupiter coordinates (Z,Rho) where each bin is 0.1 Jupiter Radii. The dataset titled dest_t shows a map of destruction times for Deinococcus Radiodurans at each bin. The dataset rad_yr is a map of radiation dose per year in Gray at each bin.
