Abstract

Looking into classrooms, one sees how well teachers grasp assessment can shape how students perform. Shaped by research across countries, insights show clarity in evaluating work ties closely to real learning gains. When feedback hits the mark and lessons align with tasks given, progress often follows. Teachers in Uzbekistan face hurdles even when global data points toward solutions. Understanding assessments goes beyond checking boxes - it involves guiding learners with purpose. Thoughtful methods, backed by data, offer ways forward without promising miracles. Growing this kind of knowledge helps reshape daily teaching in quiet but powerful ways.
