
This article provides a scientific analysis of the architectural and planning principles underlying the designand organization of management service company buildings within the urban development context of the Republic ofUzbekistan. The study comprehensively examines existing urban infrastructure, climatic conditions, socio-economic needsof the population, as well as the functional characteristics of management service companies. The paper develops newarchitectural and planning approaches aimed at shaping these buildings as universal, self-sustaining, and economicallyefficient facilities. The research findings demonstrate strong potential for practical implementation at the national level
