Abstract

Ushbu ilmiy maqolada atipik dori vositalarining bemor organizmiga ko‘rsatadigan nojo‘ya ta’sirlari va ularning klinik namoyon bo‘lish xususiyatlari tizimli ravishda tahlil qilingan. Zamonaviy tibbiyot amaliyotida keng qo‘llanilayotgan atipik preparatlarning metabolik, yurak-qon tomir, markaziy nerv tizimi hamda immunologik tizimlarga ta’siri ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritib berilgan. Maqolada nojo‘ya ta’sirlarning rivojlanish mexanizmlari, ularning klinik ahamiyati va xavf omillari ko‘rib chiqilgan. Shuningdek, atipik dori vositalarini qo‘llashda nojo‘ya asoratlarning oldini olish va ularni erta aniqlashga qaratilgan profilaktik va monitoring choralari asoslab berilgan. Tadqiqot natijalari klinik amaliyotda dori xavfsizligini oshirish va bemorlar hayot sifatini yaxshilashga xizmat qiladi.
