POMIDOR VIRUSLARINI MOLEKULYAR ANIQLASH USULLARI VA METODLARI

Abstract

Pomidor (Solanum Lycopersicon ) dunyo bo‘yicha eng keng yetishtiriladigan sabzavot ekinlaridan biri bo‘lib, turli xil virusli kasalliklarga juda sezgir hisoblanadi. Pomidor viruslari hosildorlikni keskin kamaytiradi, meva sifati va bozor qiymatiga salbiy ta’sir ko‘rsatadi. Shu sababli viruslarni erta, aniq va ishonchli aniqlash qishloq xo‘jaligi va o‘simliklar karantini uchun muhim ahamiyatga ega. Ushbu maqolada pomidor viruslarini aniqlashda qo‘llaniladigan zamonaviy molekulyar usullar, ularning prinsiplari, afzalliklari, kamchiliklari hamda amaliy qo‘llanilishi keng yoritiladi.
