Abstract

Ushbu maqolada ijtimoiy tarmoqlardan foydalanish jarayonida yuzaga keladigan ijtimoiy solishtirish holatlari hamda ularning shaxsning psixologik holatiga , xuxusan stress jarayoniga ta’siri tahlil qilinadi . Tadqiqot davomida ijtimoiy tarmoqlarda boshqalar hayoti, yutuqlari va tashqi ko’rinishi bilan o’zidagi narsalar va imkoniyatlarni solishtirish insonda salbiy emotsiyalarni kuchaytirishi , o’ziga bo’lgan ishonchni tushirishiga va stress holatining ortishiga olib kelishi ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan asoslab beriladi. Maqolada yoshlar, ayniqsa talabalarda ushbu holatning keng tarqalayotgani va uning oqibatlari muhokama qilinadi.
