Dars mobaynida qo‘llaniladigan pedagogik muloqot metodlari bayon etilgan. Ta’lim sifatini oshirish bugungi kunning dolzarb masalalaridan ekanligi hamda respublikamizda ta’lim sifatini oshirish uchun olib borilayotgan islohotlar, davlatimiz rahbari tomonidan ishlab chiqilgan qaror va farmonlar haqida bayon etilgan. Ta’lim sifatini oshirishda pedagogik muloqotning o`rni va ahamiyati haqida tadqiqotchi olimlar fikrlari o`rganilgan, Pedagogik muloqotlarning strukturaviy elementlari va ularning tafsilotlari misollar orqali tushuntirilgan. Pedagogik muloqot metodlarining turlari, ularni to‘g‘ri tanlash va samarali qo‘llashning ta’lim jarayoni muvaffaqiyatidagi o`rni to`g`risida fikrlar berilgan. Shuningdek, ushbu ishda pedagogik muloqot va metodlarning turlari, zamonaviy yondashuvlar yoritilgan. Tadqiqot so`ngida ta’lim jarayoni samaradorligini oshirishda muhim bo`lgan jixatlar bo`yicha xulosalar berilgan hamda ta’lim muassasalarida samarali pedagogik muloqotni tashkil etish uchun tavsiyalar ishlab chiqilgan.
