#5 Talk of the Recycling Bioplastics Cluster Talks, organised by European Bioplastics Join us for the 5th talk in our new Bioplastics Recycling Cluster Talk series of expert-led online talks, focused on How to set up cost-competitive sorting and recycling schemes for bioplastics? This event is part of a broader knowledge-sharing initiative by three research and innovation projects funded by the Circular Bio-Based Europe Joint Undertaking: ReBioCycle, MoeBIOS, and PROSPER. These projects aim to develop practical and scalable solutions for bioplastics recycling — from collection to the manufacturing of new products. In this talk, we focus on microbial recycling for bioplastics and the work carried out by João Sousa from Paques Biomaterials in the ReBioCycle project. Format: A 30-minute expert talk A 15-minute live Q&A (not recorded) Who should attend? Researchers and innovators working on plastics recycling, circular economy, digital tools in waste management, or sustainable materials, from both the public and private sectors. Funded by the European Union. Views and opinions expressed are, however, those of the author(s) only and do not necessarily reflect those of the European Union or CBE JU. Neither the European Union nor the CBE JU can be held responsible for them.
