Abstract

Mazkur maqolada boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarining kasbiy kompetensiyasini rivojlantirish masalasi zamonaviy pedagogik yondashuvlar asosida tahlil qilinadi. Kasbiy kompetensiya tushunchasi, uning tarkibiy qismlari hamda boshlang‘ich ta’lim tizimidagi ahamiyati ilmiy manbalar asosida yoritiladi. Shuningdek, boshlang‘ich sinf o‘qituvchilarining kasbiy kompetensiyasini rivojlantirishga yo‘naltirilgan model va uni amalga oshirish shart-sharoitlari asoslab beriladi
