PARaxial Optical fundus Scaling (PAROS)

Abstract

What's Changed Corrected camera calibration values for both Topcon cameras by @jwmbeenakker in https://github.com/MREYE-LUMC/PAROS/pull/10 While using PAROS to map tumor delineations from fundus photographs onto MR images, @crnh identified an error in the original calibration data of both Topcon cameras. This affected the estimated magnification as a function of defocus. In this release, the calibration values have been corrected. The updated relationship between defocus and camera magnification is shown in the plot below for reference: Note: In recent months, we applied the same calibration methodology to additional camera models and observed substantial differences in calibration parameters between devices. We therefore recommend verifying camera-specific calibration values before use. Full Changelog: https://github.com/MREYE-LUMC/PAROS/compare/v1.0.0...v1.0.1
