A_Foundational and Closed Framework for Collective Stability, Saturation, and Temporal Governability

Abstract

This deposit presents the foundational corpus of the Crowd-Based Dynamics (CBD) framework, composed of a closed theoretical document and its operational extension.Document I formalizes the universal structural laws governing collective systems, including endogenous accumulation, mimetic saturation, conditional reversibility, and temporal governability.Document II renders these laws observable through structural metrics and diagnostics, without introducing new theoretical assumptions. The corpus is non-normative, non-predictive, and independent of agent intentions or content. It applies to human, institutional, economic, and artificial collectives. The work provides a coherent scientific basis for pre-visible analysis of collective regimes. It is intended to serve as a theoretical and methodological reference.
