Antifibrotic Drugs Regulate the Expression of Epithelial Sodium Channels in the Lungs

Abstract

This dataset contains the raw numerical data underlying the experiments evaluating the effects of antifibrotic drugs on epithelial sodium channel expression and function. The Excel file includes unprocessed quantitative values corresponding to the figures presented in the associated manuscript submitted to a journal. These data support analyses of sodium channel regulation under antifibrotic drug treatment conditions and are provided to ensure transparency and reproducibility. The dataset is shared prior to journal acceptance for peer-review purposes and will remain publicly available following publication.
