Abstract

This repository contains the full set of scripts and processed data used in the Master’s thesis project “TFM_TNBC_Multiomics: Integrative multi-omics analysis of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer (TNBC)”. The repository includes workflows for: Transcriptomics analysis (RNA-seq) DNA methylation analysis Copy Number Variation (CNV) Single Nucleotide Variants (SNV) Multi-omics integration using MOFA2 This release corresponds to the first stable public version of the project and is intended for reproducibility, academic use, and as a methodological reference for integrative multi-omics studies in cancer research.
