Abstract

Baseline dataset designed to assess food insecurity, diet quality, food literacy, health status and behaviours, eating motivations, prior to the implementation of FoodCLIC real-life interventions. Instruments used to collect data include the Food Insecurity Experience Scale (FIES), Diet Quality Questionnaire (DQQ) and few questions about general health perception. A total of 243 residents in the Plain of Lucca (more specifically Municipality of Capannori) (Italy) participated in the baseline survey. Anonymised data.
