Abstract

Este ensaio analisa o racismo estrutural e a violência simbólica no interior da instituição escolar, com ênfase nas experiências do corpo docente e nos mecanismos institucionais que permitem a normalização de práticas discriminatórias. Articula fundamentação teórica (baseada em autores como Adilson Moreira e Silvio Almeida), escrita autoral e análise institucional para sustentar a impossibilidade de neutralidade frente à injustiça e reafirmar a responsabilidade ética da escola. O documento inclui a CARTA MANIFESTO (2025) como anexo. Palavras-chave: Racismo estrutural; Violência simbólica; Docência; Escola; Limoções.
