Abstract

Ushbu maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarni kasbiy faoliyatga tayyorlash jarayonining nazariy asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Pedagogik tayyorgarlikning mazmuni, tuzilmasi va komponentlari, shuningdek, kasbiy kompetensiyani shakllantirish masalalari ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan yoritilgan. Zamonaviy ta’lim tizimida o‘qituvchining kasbiy mahorati, shaxsiy va ijtimoiy fazilatlari, innovatsion yondashuvlari muhim omil sifatida asoslab berilgan. Maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarni kasbiy faoliyatga tayyorlashning pedagogik, psixologik va metodik jihatlari yoritilib, ularning o‘zaro uzviy bog‘liqligi ochib berilgan.
