Abstract

Este artículo propone contenidos para el estudio de la soberanía alimentaria y seguridad alimentaria y nutricional en las asignaturas de la disciplina Desarrollo y Políticas Sociales del Plan de estudio E de la carrera Gestión Sociocultural para el Desarrollo. Se emplea el enfoque dialéctico-materialista y se sustenta en métodos de investigación de carácter teórico y empírico. El estudio es descriptivo y se realizó en el curso escolar 2024 -2025 en el que participaron 10 profesores y 30 estudiantes de tercer y cuarto año del Curso por Encuentro y Educación a Distancia del municipio Guantánamo. La propuesta de contenidos facilitará la sistematización en la gestión del conocimiento del gestor sociocultural al vincular conocimientos de las asignaturas de la disciplina Desarrollo y políticas sociales con problemáticas del territorio. Se concluye que la disciplina permitió incorporar en el sistema de conocimientos de las asignaturas que la integran temas específicos de soberanía alimentaria y seguridad alimentaria y nutricional para la formación integral del estudiante universitario.

This article proposes content for the study of food sovereignty and food and nutritional security in the subjects of the discipline Development and social policies of the study Plan E of the career Sociocultural Management for Development. The dialectical materialist approach is used and is based on theoretical and empirical research methods. The study is descriptive and was carried out in the 2024-2025 school year in which 10 teachers and 30 third and fourth year students of the Course Participated by Meeting and Distance education of the Guantánamo municipality. The proposed content will facilitate systematization in the management of sociocultural knowledge by linking knowledge from the subjects of the Development and social policies discipline with territorial issues. It is concluded that the discipline allowed the incorporation into the knowledge system of the subjects that comprise it of specific topics of food sovereignty and food and nutritional security management for the comprehensive training of university student.
