Abstract

Mazkur maqolada yashil iqtisodiyot sharoitida aksiyadorlik jamiyatlarining qimmatli qog‘ozlari bozorini rivojlantirishning nazariy va amaliy jihatlari tahlil qilinadi. Tadqiqotda yashil moliya instrumentlari, xususan, yashil obligatsiyalar va ESG tamoyillarining aksiyadorlik jamiyatlari bozor qiymati hamda investitsion jozibadorligiga ta’siri o‘rganiladi. Shuningdek, ekologik omillarning qimmatli qog‘ozlarni baholashdagi o‘rni aniqlanib, milliy iqtisodiyot sharoitida ushbu mexanizmlarni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha ilmiy xulosalar ishlab chiqiladi. Tadqiqot natijalari barqaror rivojlanish maqsadlariga erishishda moliya bozorining rolini kuchaytirish zarurligini ko‘rsatadi.
