
The First Psychohistoric Document introduces a universal operator geometry for understanding coherence, coordination, and phase behavior in complex systems. Building on the five‑vector manifold \{ \kappa ,\delta ,r,\gamma ,N\} established in prior work, this paper formalizes a substrate‑agnostic framework capable of describing collective dynamics across biological, social, and artificial domains. Through a comb‑based expansion, we derive a hierarchy of emergent operators, identify the boundaries of universality, and isolate the structural conditions under which coordinated behavior can arise without stabilizing exploitative equilibria. We then map this geometry onto a controllable multi‑agent AI substrate, enabling empirical exploration of attractors, phase transitions, and coordination regimes. The result is a design‑ready phase‑space blueprint that fulfills the original ambition of psychohistory—not as fiction, but as a mathematically grounded, experimentally tractable science of collective behavior.
