Abstract

Mazkur maqolada bo‘lajak o‘qituvchilarda pedagogik muloqotni tashkil etish madaniyatini shakllantirishning nazariy va amaliy asoslari tahlil qilinadi. Pedagogik muloqot o‘qituvchining kasbiy kompetensiyasini belgilovchi muhim omil sifatida talabalarning nutq madaniyati, psixologik tayyorgarligi va kommunikativ mahoratini rivojlantirishga xizmat qiladi. Tadqiqotda o‘qituvchilik faoliyatida muloqotning o‘rni, o‘qituvchi va talaba o‘rtasidagi samarali aloqa usullari, muloqot etikasiga rioya qilish, emotsional intellekt va empatiya ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish yo‘nalishlari yoritilgan. Natijalar bo‘lajak pedagoglarda muloqot madaniyatini shakllantirish ta’lim samaradorligini oshiruvchi asosiy pedagogik shartlardan biri ekanligini ko‘rsatadi.
