Tadqiqotda o‘qituvchilik faoliyatida muloqotning o‘rni, o‘qituvchi va talaba o‘rtasidagi samarali aloqa usullari, muloqot etikasiga rioya qilish, emotsional intellekt va empatiya ko‘nikmalarini rivojlantirish yo‘nalishlari yoritilgan.
