
Android is a mobile operating system based on a modified version of the Linux kernel and other open-source software, designed primarily for touchscreen mobile devices such as smartphones and tablets. Android application is a software running on this framework. Android application development has brought ease of functionalities in our day-to-day life. Android has become the part of everyone's life, so as of hackers and attackers too. The increased use of android applications and popularity of this framework has increased cyberattacks through malicious applications. We propose an Android malware detection system for such malicious applications.
