
Resume. This article discusses the relevance and importance of optimizing biochemical tests in clinical practice. It is substantiated that a rational and targeted selection of biochemical analyses based on the patient's clinical condition improves diagnostic accuracy, enhances treatment effectiveness, and ensures dynamic monitoring of the patient's status. The study also highlights the possibility of reducing unnecessary laboratory tests, which contributes to more efficient use of medical resources, reduction of economic costs, and optimization of laboratory workload. It is emphasized that the rational selection of biochemical parameters is an essential condition for providing high-quality and safe medical care.
