The system integrates ticket generation, email acknowledgment, and threaded conversations with a resilient backend powered by MySQL/SQLite. A user‑centric interface built with Bootstrap and modern animations ensures clarity and responsiveness. By combining scalable workflows with multilingual support, the platform enhances user trust and efficiency. The proposed solution demonstrates how independent researchers can architect robust, reviewer‑ready systems that balance technical depth with practical usability.
