Supplementary Measurement Data and Images for Time-Difference vs Frequency-Difference EIT Reconstructions

Abstract

This repository contains voltage measurement data used for the reconstruction of EIT images (folder name: experimental_measurements). The resulting EIT images are stored in the EIT_Reconstructions folder. These images were digitally processed to compute different quantitative metrics in order to evaluate the performance of the two methodologies (time-difference versus frequency-difference) in detecting inclusions that simulate carcinomas in female breast-shaped phantoms. Instructions:1) to see voltages measurements data, open the folder : experimental_measurements2) to access the EIT recosntructions images, open the folder:EIT_Reconstructions3) read the .txt files named "readme"for detailled information about the storage data and figures whitin the folders of interest.

Keywords

EIT, Surface Voltage Measurements, Time Difference EIT, Image EIT reconstruction, Biomedical Imaging, Frequency Difference EIT, Electrical Impedance Tomography
