Supplementary materials for the research article "Variable dose slicer for refractive index engineering in two-photon polymerization": Slicer source code.zip contains the source code for the slicer (gwlparser.m) written in MATLAB and described in the publication. For usage see the (examples/examples.m) file. Refractive index calibration print job at PPGT2.zip contains files for refractive index calibration sample, meant for fabrication using PPGT2 system from Nanoscribe. Run main.gwl using DeScribe and adjust the laser power values as necessary. If you wish to change the hatching/slicing distances, you will need to voxelize the .stl file and run it through parser yourself. Dataset for the C. elegans figure presented in the paper, including the source 3D refractive index distribution, resin calibration file, resulting .gwl file, 3D refractive index reconstruction results and a CElegans.m file with the code for visualization and slicing.
| selected citations These citations are derived from selected sources. This is an alternative to the "Influence" indicator, which also reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | 0 | |
| popularity This indicator reflects the "current" impact/attention (the "hype") of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network. | Average | |
| influence This indicator reflects the overall/total impact of an article in the research community at large, based on the underlying citation network (diachronically). | Average | |
| impulse This indicator reflects the initial momentum of an article directly after its publication, based on the underlying citation network. | Average |
