Смертность населения России: структура и ключевые причины

Abstract

В статье проведен анализ уровня, структуры и динамики смертности населения Российской Федерации в период 2019–2023 годов. Рассмотрено влияние долгосрочных демографических тенденций, пандемии COVID-19 и событий 2022 года на негативные демографические показатели. Детально проанализированы основные классы причин смерти, включая болезни системы кровообращения, злокачественные новообразования, внешние причины и инфекционные заболевания. Выявлены ключевые проблемы: сохраняющаяся высокая доля предотвратимой смертности, значительные гендерные диспропорции, региональное неравенство в доступе к медицинской помощи, а также вопросы достоверности статистики причин смерти. На основе проведенного анализа сформулирован ряд практических рекомендаций для органов управления здравоохранением и социальной сферы, направленных на снижение преждевременной и предотвратимой смертности.
