Диагностика и развитие учебной мотивации у младших школьников: структура, возрастная динамика и педагогические условия

Abstract

В статье представлен комплексный теоретический анализ феномена учебной мотивации в младшем школьном возрасте. На основе систематизации подходов отечественных психологов (Л.И. Божович, А.К. Марковой, Д.Б. Эльконина) раскрыта полимотивированная структура учебной деятельности, выделены ключевые компоненты (познавательные, социальные, узколичные мотивы) и проанализирована их возрастная динамика. Особое внимание уделено кризису мотивации в 3–4 классах, выявлены его причины и последствия. В контексте требований ФГОС НОО обоснована система педагогических условий, способствующих формированию устойчивой внутренней позиции школьника и позитивного отношения к учению. Теоретический анализ дополнен данными эмпирического исследования, подтверждающими наличие гендерной и возрастной специфики в мотивационной сфере учащихся.
