DAVLAT BOSHQARUVIDA SUN'IY INTELLEKTDAN FOYDALANISHNING HUQUQIY ASOSLARI VA HUQUQIY MAS'ULIYAT MASALARI

Abstract

Mazkur ilmiy maqolada davlat boshqaruvida sun’iy intellekt texnologiyalaridan foydalanishning huquqiy asoslari hamda ushbu jarayonda yuzaga keladigan huquqiy mas’uliyat masalalari har tomonlama tahlil qilingan. Tadqiqot davomida O‘zbekiston Respublikasining Konstitutsiyasi, amaldagi qonunlar, Prezident farmon va qarorlari, shuningdek, xorijiy davlatlar tajribasi va xalqaro huquqiy hujjatlar o‘rganildi. Sun’iy intellekt asosida qabul qilinadigan qarorlarning huquqiy tabiati, javobgarlik subyektlari, shaffoflik va inson huquqlarini ta’minlash masalalari ilmiy-nazariy jihatdan yoritildi hamda huquqiy tartibga solishni takomillashtirish bo‘yicha takliflar ishlab chiqildi.
