BUXORO VILOYATIDA TURIZMNING BARQAROR VA RAQAMLI RIVOJLANISHI STRATEGIYASI: SDT-INDEKS VA RAQAMLI MULTIPLIKATOR ASOSIDA BAHOLASH

Abstract

Mazkur tezisda Buxoro viloyatida turizmni barqaror va raqamli rivojlantirish strategiyasi ilmiy-nazariy va amaliy jihatdan asoslanadi. Hudud turizm tizimini boshqarishda kompleks yondashuvni ta’minlash maqsadida integrallashgan SDT-indeks (sustainable-digital tourism) va uni kuchaytiruvchi omil sifatida raqamli multiplikator konsepsiyasi qo‘llanildi. Tadqiqot natijalari viloyatda turizmning raqamli infratuzilmasi va xizmatlarining fragmentarligi, raqamli platformalar integratsiyasining yetarli emasligi hamda monitoring va boshqaruv tizimlarining takomillashtirilishi zarurligini ko‘rsatadi. SDT-indeks bo‘yicha 2026–2030 yillarga prognoz ssenariylari ishlab chiqilib, barqarorlik va raqamlashtirish uyg‘unligini ta’minlaydigan strategik chora-tadbirlar taklif etildi.
